Lisa Lambert

Lisa is our office manager. She has been with Dr. Scott for 23 years. Dr. Scott considers Lisa her right arm. She is an optometric assistant. Her work load includes; getting medical information and visual information from patients.
Lisa keeps the offices running smoothly and is always there with a gentle touch and warm smile for anyone who comes through our door.
Lisa and Dr. Scott are cousins. She has a lovely daughter, Dana and two perfect grandchildren.

Brenda Burford

Brenda is our frame lady. She meets with frame vendors to keep our stock current with a good mixture of colors, shapes, and sizes, and price ranges to best serve you. Dr. Scott says Brenda is the best frame fitter she has ever seen. "Brenda is excellent with helping people find a frame that fits their face shape with a color that makes them look their best."
Brenda has worked with us for eleven years. She and her husband Bobbie are blessed to have three sons and five wonderful grandchildren.

Sallye S Scott OD

Dr. Sallye Sawyer Scott has practiced optometry for over thirty years. She specializes in diseases of the eye as well as routine eyecare for all age groups.
She comes from a long line of small business entrepreneurs. Her late grandfather, Dr. R.P. McCaa was the first dentist in Sardis, her other grandfather the late Roy Sawyer Sr. owned an auto dealership and later a Ford tractor dealership in Senatobia. Dr. Scott's late father, Tom Sawyer Sr. also owned and operated a Ford tractor dealership in Sardis.
After graduating from North Panola High School she attended Northwest Community College and the University of Mississippi. Dr. Scott earned her Bachelor of Science degree and in 1978 her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.
An active member of the Mississippi Optometric Association, she has served a term on the board of directors and continues to serve on many communities. She is also an active member of the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Scott has been blessed to travel on mission trips to Russia, Honduras, Mexico and Panama. While on these missions, she diagnosis and treats eye diseases, fits glasses and evaluates patients for cataract surgery.
She and her husband Randy have one son still at home, Samuel and two grown children, Heather and Randall and 4 grandchildren.

Tabitha Little

Tabitha is our insurance clerk. She has been here for over four years. Tabitha is an excellent insurance clerk. She files claims promptly and accurately. If there is a delay in payment from your insurance carrier, Tabitha will find out why and follow up as needed. She is always a bright spot in our office and treats all of our patients with respect.
